Andrea Faybishovich
Andrea is the queen of the pack. With a background in marketing and studies in Transpersonal and Gestalt Psychology, she has a rare instinct for understanding what makes every project—and every story—unique. She knows that identity isn’t something you invent. It’s something you uncover. Her superpower? Building meaningful relationships, opening doors, creating opportunities, and turning ideas into experiences that genuinely connect with people. She sees the bigger picture, finds the right path, and brings the right people together to make things happen.
Pedro Delguy
Pedro is an Argentine filmmaker based in Miami whose work combines narrative storytelling, visual design, rhythm and cinematic photography. With formal training in Film & Design at Universidad de Buenos Aires, Digital Filmmaking at The New School in New York and Script writing with Linda Seger, Pedro has directed and photographed projects across the U.S., Latin America, Europe and Asia. His recent work includes productions for HBO, Sony Music, Apple Music, Meta and Amazon Prime, alongside more than 25 music videos and 40 national and international commercials for brands including Netflix, Adidas, Toyota, Coca-Cola, Mastercard, Netflix, Delta Airlines and Mercedes-Benz. His still photography has been exhibited, as part of The Bold Beauty Project, during Art Basel-Art Miami events in Miami and New York.
Juan Enis Molero
Juan is a very experienced filmmaker with over 200 music videos while running his own Prod Co in Madrid. One day he felt he needed a change and moved to Miami. So, since 2014, he’s been part of the local community of filmmakers by not only working but teaching. In 2019 he became part of Tigers adding his solid experience and his unique eye.
Tamar Goldstein
Tamar brings together a sharp business mind and a deep understanding of production. A graduate in Economics from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, with an MBA from Columbia University in New York, she began her career in production in 2018, working on the accounting teams behind feature films and television series. In 2026, Tamar joined TIGERS, bringing her expertise, precision, and passion for the business of making great stories happen.
